Jonathan grew up in Howell, NJ and was an integral member in starting a lacrosse program at Monsignor Donovan High School. During their inaugural season, Jonathan was named team captain and Offensive Player of the Year Award. After graduating from high school, he went on to play at Division III Cazenovia College.
Upon graduating from Cazenovia, he moved back home to Central New Jersey where he got involved with a new youth program in Wall Township, NJ. During his 1st season with the Wall Lacrosse Club, Jonathan was an Assistant Coach for the U15 team. After that first year, the club expanded to a U13 team which Jonathan assumed responsibilities as Head Coach. During his two years as Head Coach, he turned the Wall Lacrosse Club into one of the most competitive programs in Central New Jersey and built the foundation for kids to develop into the U15 program and ultimately Wall Township High School.
After working at the youth level for several years, Jonathan took an Assistant Coaching job at Wagner College. At Wagner, Jonathan worked primarily with the defense and face-off units while coordinating all film analysis and breakdown. Recently, Jonathan accepted the position of Assistant Coach with Montclair High School.
