Our week at the Montclair Day Camp held at MKA was a great one. Between the thunderstorms that never came and the excessive heat at the end of the week, the kids never complained and stayed focused on having fun and learning lacrosse. As the week moved on the kids seemed to get more and more into it and were clearly excited to come to camp every day.

We covered a number of different things including 2 on 2’s, 3 on 3’s, uneven number situations, shooting, dodging, and much more. We saw all of this come together in our final day of camp which was the best day of our scrimmaging segment. We told the kids our goal in the beginning of camp was for all of them to be a better player when they left then when they came to us and I think we accomplished that goal.
