Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you have to cancel, for any reason before the start of camp, we will issue you a 100% credit of all camp fees paid (cancellations must be in writing and received by email 48 hours before an event begins to qualify. No-shows will not receive credit). Your credit is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member.

Cash refunds are only available with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance. Cancellation Insurance is $60 and can only be purchased at the time of registration. Cancellation Insurance guarantees you a 100% cash refund of all camp fees paid if you cancel anytime before June 1, 2010. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations after June 1, will receive a 100% credit.
