Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation Insurance gives you peace of mind. Cancellation Insurance is $95 for overnight camp & certified events and $50 for day camp. Insurance is non-refundable.  You may only purchase cancellation insurance when registering for camp.   All cancellations must be in writing and will be processed the next business day.  No-shows will not receive a refund or a credit balance.  Credits/refunds are NOT OFFERED to those who do not possess/purchase cancellation insurance.

If you must cancel prior to May 1, 2013, a full refund of all camp fees paid minus the cancellation insurance will be processed.  After May 1, 2013 and up to 1 week prior to camp, if you must cancel we will issue a credit balance of all camp fees paid minus the cancellation insurance.   Your credit balance is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member.

The “Early Bird” Cancellation Insurance is only valid from November 23, 2012 to March 15, 2013.  Those registrants with the "Early Bird" cancellation insurance must purchase additional insurance by March 22, 2013 to continue your coverage.
