Lacrosse Day Camps
Trilogy Lacrosse Camp is an experience unlike any other. Our fulltime professional directors and peerless staff are committed to providing elementary, middle and high school lacrosse players with the ultimate in lacrosse education.
At Trilogy Lacrosse, We Teach What We Do is more than a tagline, it is the philosophy by which our progressive curriculum innovation and dynamic on-field training sessions are governed. We believe fundamentals to be the bedrock of the game, and our goal is to instill these techniques through dedicated individualized attention, healthy competition and energetic teaching. Trilogy prides itself on creating a positive atmosphere in which players feel comfortable trying new techniques. All lessons are designed to foster creativity through mastery of the basics and access to the advanced. No matter a player’s position or skill level, Trilogy Lacrosse will improve his game and inspire him to reach new heights. To be the best, one must learn from the best.
The goal of the Trilogy Lacrosse Day Camp is to ensure every player walks away with a firm understanding of lacrosse’s fundamental macro and micro concepts. With this goal in mind, each day is broken down and organized into manageable skill units that follow our individual-group-team dynamic. Initial sessions focus on individual skills, while later sessions emphasize the incorporation of these skills into a group and team concept. Daily scrimmages and games provide opportunities for players to experiment with new techniques.
Day camps vary in length between 3 and 6 hours depending on the event. Day camps are organized using minute-by-minute progression schedules designed to guarantee maximum field-time in order to master the fundamentals in route to advanced technique.
