Camp Description

Trilogy’s Day Camps are the perfect option for any player looking to improve their game.  Over 98% of our 2006 participants say that Trilogy provides the best lacrosse instruction they ever received.  Come to one of our camps and you’ll see why!!  We focus on developing each player’s individual skills as well as their general understanding of the game.  We ensure that every position- attack, midfield, defense, and goalie- receive instruction appropriate to their skill level.  Beginners learn how to properly execute sound fundamentals, such as overhand catching and throwing, while Advanced players are taught more complex techniques, such as no-look underhand skip passes.  Our staff uses an individual-group-team teaching dynamic that simplifies the game by breaking it down into manageable units.  We find that this teaching method benefits players tremendously because they can take lessons from the smaller sessions and apply them to larger group settings.  Lastly, Trilogy prides itself on creating a positive atmosphere where players feel comfortable trying new techniques.  We do not yell at our campers for dropping a pass or missing a slide.  Rather we go over the lesson with them to make sure they understand the concept and encourage them to make the next play.  No matter what your position or skill level, Trilogy Lacrosse Day Camps will improve your game and inspire you to reach new heights, all within one week’s time!!

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you have to cancel, for any reason before the start of camp, we will issue you a 100% credit of all camp fees paid. Your
credit is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member.  Cash refunds are only available with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance.  Cancellation Insurance is $35 and is available for purchase at the time of registration.  Cancellation Insurance guarantees you a 100% cash refund of all camp fees paid if you cancel anytime before the start of camp.  *Please note: $35 Cancellation Insurance is non-refundable.*

Directions from the North
Take the New Jersey Turnpike S/I-95 South. Take the left fork to Cars Only and merge onto I-95 S/New Jersey Turnpike Cars Only Lane South. Take exit number 11 for US-9 to Garden State Parkway/Woodbridge. Take the left fork to Garden State Parkway South. Take the left fork to US-1/RT-440/US-9/Woodbridge/The Amboys/Garden State Parkway South. Take the left fork to Garden State Parkway and merge onto Garden State Parkway South. Take the I-195/RT-138 E/RT-34 exit 98 to Belmar/Point Pleasant/Trenton. Take the left fork to RT-34 South.    Take the left fork to RT-34 S/Point Pleasant/Spring Lake/Manasquan and merge onto RT-34 South. At the traffic circle, take the second exit and stay on RT-34 S.    Make a slight left at RT-35. Make another slight left to stay on RT-35 South. Turn right at Bridge Ave. Turn left at W Lake Ave. Turn right at Grove Ave.

Directions from the South
Take the exit onto I-95 N toward New York (Partial toll road). Take the I-295 exit toward New Jersey Turnpike/Del Memorial Bridge/NJ-NY. Merge onto I-295 N. Continue on New Jersey Turnpike N (Toll road). Take exit 7A for I-195 toward Trenton/Shore Points (Partial toll road). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-195 E/Lakewood/Shore Points and merge onto I-195 E. Take exit 31A to merge onto CR-547 S/Lakewood Farmingdale Rd toward CR-549/Lakewood. Turn left at CR-549. Continue on CR-549-SPUR/Herbertsville Rd. CR-549-SPUR/Herbertsville Rd turns slightly right and becomes Beaver Dam Rd. Turn left at Bridge Ave. Turn right at W Lake Ave. Turn right at Grove Ave.

Directions from the West
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-76. Follow signs for I-76 E/Harrisburg/Exits 13-359 and merge onto Pennsylvania Turnpike (Toll road). Continue on New Jersey Turnpike Ext (Toll road). Take the exit onto New Jersey Turnpike N toward New York (Toll road). Take exit 7A for I-195 toward Trenton/Shore Points (Partial toll road). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-195 E/Lakewood/Shore Points and merge onto I-195 E. Take exit 31A to merge onto CR-547 S/Lakewood Farmingdale Rd toward CR-549/Lakewood.
