Time: Please arrive to the clinic 15-30 minutes before scheduled start time so you have time to gear up and are ready to go on time.

What to Bring:
It is the responsibility of each player to come to the clinic with the appropriate gear and equipment (sticks, gloves, pads, mouth guard and helmet). Furthermore each player is required to wear his helmet at all times during drills, practices, scrimmages and games.

Medical Needs/Medications: Please email us any special medical concerns we need to consider during the clinic.

Weather: We will play outside in rain but move inside in the event of thunder and lightning.  If indoor space is not available and Clinics must be rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify parents via email, as well as post updates to our Facebook (www.facebook.com/TrilogyLax) and Twitter (@TrilogyLacrosse) accounts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you have to cancel, for any reason before the start of the clinic, we will issue you a 100% credit of all clinic fees paid (cancellations must be in writing and received by email 48 hours before an event begins to qualify. No-shows will not receive credit). Your credit is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member. Cash refunds are not available.
