Matt Poskay
Matt Poskay Trilogy Lacrosse Coach and Camp Director From the first time I picked up a lacrosse stick I have been fortunate to have had the best coaches - coaches who were great teachers. Now I want to pass on this learning legacy to the next wave of lacrosse players. From fundamentals to advanced shooting techniques I want to make every Trilogy Lacrosse participant a better lacrosse player and top scorer.
