Sessions Breakdown:

Grades 3-5: 8:30am - 12noon

Grades 6-8: 1pm - 4:30pm

A great lacrosse experience designed by Trilogy, the leader in lacrosse education and delivered by Ned Crotty, one of the best players in the game today! Both morning and afternoon sessions will focus on what Trilogy believes to be the foundation for success, fundamentals. The approach will be to instill these techniques through dedicated individualized attention, healthy competition, and energetic teaching.
