Upon receiving your gear, if you are unsatisfied with the product or realize it is the wrong size, kindly ship it back to us and we will replace it. Used apparel does not qualify- the product must be new and unworn. Credits must be redeemed for other Trilogy Gear. All sales are final at the time of purchase and cash refunds are unavailable unless your desired item is on backorder in which case you will be notified within three business days of purchase.
